Could anyone tell me how this is set up compared to the regular smolov. When googling it I came up with a three day version of smolov. Not sure if this is the same as smolov jr. Not even sure how the three day was set up.
From the description I couldn’t tell if you just did not do one day of the week or if you moved your day 4 of week 1 to day 1 of week 2 (completing everyday this way, but extending the cycle). Any help, or experiences would be appreciated.
