Smolov Jr Squats

I’m still in the first week of the programme, I’m on the last day of the week (saturday) which is the heaviest day 10x3. However, I’ve been dealing with this ankle pain since the second day of the programme and as of right now, it still bothering me (slight swelling in the ankle). I’m not really sure what to do whether to cancel this programme or just skip this day and do it tomorrow (if my ankle feels better). I feel I can do it but i know it’s gonna be painful and im afraid it’s going to get worst

Be honest with yourself about how bad it is and either take the day off or don’t.

If it’s swollen, odds are it’ll only get worse since you are only just finishing the easiest week of the program. I recommend fixing the ankle and then hitting Smolov again.
