Hello. I would like to ask you if any of you did the Smolov Jr for squat and bench together?
Yeah i did it for squats. Took mine from 230-240 up to 267kgs. I did some changes but it really worked for me. It's brutal.

Didn't you just start 5/3/1?
Not together. I ran bench first then started squat right after. Tested on a day off IIRC from week one of squats. I would not recommend doing both at once.
