This may not be particularly useful for a powerlifter per se, but I didn’t know where else to put it. I think using the row would be a great way to fix imbalances with the chest/anterior delt. And having a strong back is never a bad thing and all around bad ass. Anyone ever tried it? Any reasons not to try it?
