So with BBB’s ideas of using a low GI carb such as oats PWO with slin, would the low GI (32) carb Palatinose be the perfect carb choice.
So,
10IU Insulin
70-100g Palatinose
60g Whey
10g Creatine
What do you think?

Well the oats you use have a low glycemic load as the amount you need to eat is small <60g IIRC for you, and the inclusion of the fat and fibre thus lowering the index…
But what if one were to add a small portion of psyllium husks to their palatinose PWO slin drink?
This would give a low GI, low load and Zero fat - unlike oats. Wouldnt it?
I think i may try this next time.
Well, i dont think that is too much, and i would trust your judgement on it before mine - but i thought thst no fat was better than some fat… but i see your point entirely.
Isnt the mechanical digestion mostly from the fibre though? so adding fibre to palatinose would be as effective…?
However as we talk the more i think that the difference between the two ideas is so negligible it may well be no better at all - but it is an option possibly!
