Thoughts? Vs GHR? Going to try to use them to bring up hamstring strength (do them every morning, few sets not to failure)
I’ve thought about these before. I need to get some val slides or furniture movers.

Yeah… my knees are starting to feel a little tight and I’m pretty confidant it’s because I haven’t done any knee flexion in a while so these look pretty good to me. I’ll be incorporating them soon.
