yeah i try to stay consistant on my sleep time, but some times its hard. i go to bed around 9:30 ( i really noticed my sleep habits change around daylight savings, totaly screws me up so i didn’t follow it this year.) but i always get woken up around 3am because both my roomies are bartenders. so i’m pretty sure i never fully reach rem stage. anythoughts on working out a couple of hours before bed?
