Sleep & Working Out

So, I’ve been working out for awhile but my work schedule started getting tighter where I’m working 12 hour shifts 7 days a week, and my job is extremely labor intensive. I wanted to start going again but I’ve only been going if I get lucky enough to get a 8-10 hour shift so I can give my body enough rest for recovery.

I was wondering if there was anyway I could start going consistently and get aboyt
