For the past few nights I’ve been waking up after 3-4 hours of sleep and have either not been able to go back to sleep, or I fall go to sleep after another 3 hours and am only able to sleep for another 2. Doeas anyone have an idea of what this problem is and how to fix it?

When I had problems with insomnia, it was compounded by anxiety about sleep–“Oh no, I’m not falling asleep, this is terrible,” which exacerbates the inability to sleep. Your body WILL fall asleep when it needs rest, as long as you don’t muck up your normal sleep patterns with hypnotic drugs.
