Sleep to Go Along with Killing Fat

Dear Dr Darden
I a a 55 year old male.
I usually get 8 hrs of sleep per night beginning at 11:30pm.
When using your Killing Fat book should I go to sleep earlier and sleep more?

You should certainly try getting more sleep for a while. Go to bed at 10pm and get up at your normal time. Give it a go for two weeks and report back.
