Sleep In Vs. PM Nap?

I workout 2x p/day 6 days a week. i have 2 options for the first workout, 6am & sleep at lunch, or workout at midday & get an extra 30mins sleep. Any thoughts?

Personally, I’ve allways done the naps. An hour to an hour and a half usually.

I read in TapouT magazine about the benefits and logistics of sleeping some in the afternoon, though thats just a preference. Only on weekends do I sleep in.

naps are the best! i have to be up early for classes and i found out that days i sleep in late, i feel lazier throughout the day…but when i wake up early and take a nap in the afternoon i feel great and sometimes even feel better during my workouts at night
