Sleep and Hunger Problems

Every single night I wake up after about an hour of sleep, and I am ravenously hungry. It seems like I wake up at least twice every night, I haven’t slept a whole night for what seems like years.

Does anyone else have this problem?

YES YES AND YES!!!

Even with varying calories intakes, various macronutrient ratios, and meals before bed, both protein and carb and protein and fat.

Wake up ravenous, eat anything in my path, then back to sleep, zonked out for the night.

Some input would be awesome
