Sled Work: How Much Is Too Much?

My sled from Elite is on its way and I’m getting really amped about adding in more GPP workouts, but I recognize that I could go overboard.

How much would be too much? Should I just try it and see?

What are your physique/performance goals?

I’m training for strength right now. So I’m hoping to use the sled for both recovery, general conditioning, and to add some non-treadmill/elliptical/bike cardio, since I’m sure as hell not doing any of those.

Check out Eric Cressey’s “Cardio Confusion” article. I know he explains sled dragging routines in there, but don’t remember them off the top of my head.
