When utilizing lower body Sled Work in the HP Mass training protocol, can one add Sled Sprints e.g. 30 - 60m for explosiveness as an adjunct to the heaver slower pulling movements? And if so would you incorporate them after the heaver pulling is done or on an additional day?
In the lower body pressing overview video, CT explains how you can use prowler sprints as an activation exercise. I know that is one way to integrate them.
I like sprints to get the muscles more responsive. I have a natural tendency to prefer explosive movements personally. Sprints will not build as much muscle mass but they will get you leaner, give you more muscle tone and make the rest of the pushes more effective.
