Sled Dragging

I’ve just got back to training after laying off 2 weeks for being sick. I was pretty sick but feel good now, except i’m a little weak and fatigue easier. I’m starting back with low volume and my work capacity was low anyway. I’m workout out 3 days a week so would it be to much to implement sled dragging on my off days, or should i waite a while to do that?

Weren’t you just diagnosed with mono?
