I decided to run this program starting tomorrow, but I have a home gym with no access to a sled or prowler. What’s a good exercise to substitute?
The sled was always meant to be a “nice to have but unnecessary” exercise. Dont worry about it if you dont have it. It’s actually only in the videos if I remember right, not the actual written program.
Hell, he even wrote a “crowded gym complexes” variation that only used 3 exercises along the force curve instead of 5.
