I am 9 months out from a slap tear repair... Type 2 with a bicep tendon tear as well... I just started doing chest and shoulder work about 1.5 months ago. Bench pressing, Dbell pressing and OHP is still very hard Im probably at about 30-40% of what I used to do.
Im still having alot of soreness in the front delt and the AC joint. Also lots of poping and clicking but no sharp pain. For those that have been through this should I be concerned with the pain & clicking or am I being a vagina?
