Hi guys, I was just diagnosed with SLAP tears on both of my shoulders (right one is more severe). But I still want to train my shoulders if I could, do you have any recommendation what I can do? Exercises with external rotation and overhead motions are out, but some could be tolerable. And would benching be still OK?
BTW the tears might be caused by Olympic lifting that I'm currently doing, particularly the Jerk. Not saying that they are bad, I might be just unlucky.
