SLAINE: Rep Question?

SLAINE: I meant to post on your question about preferred rep ranges for hypertrophy, but it’s gone into the “T-Mag Black Hole”.


I was unclear from your post what rep range YOU were advocating.(Originally in seemed 8-12, then maybe 4-6…). Anyway…my feeling is 8-12, BUT “mixing it up” within a larger Periodization Program. Thanks, Bro!

The way that i see the rep thing is that it does not matter. i have tried high reps as well as low and made gains from both. As long as you are pushing hard enough to force you body to adapt to the work. god.family.powerlifting
