Skullcrusher Question

Is skullcrusher good for me at 13 years of age ?
ive been doing it for 2 weeks though .

Are you doing anything else?
If I were 13 I’d just start to do tons of pull ups and press ups to be honest…

Just do diamond pushups/close-grip pushup if diamonds mess with your elbows or tricep-oriented dips.

They can serve a purpose.

It’d be much better if you only did compound exercises for a while, such as chin-ups (of all kinds, except behind the neck), push-ups (of all kinds), dips, squats, deadlifts. This would also help you pack on a good amount of mass.
Isolation exercises, for a beginner, may cause injury due to concentrating all the stress on a single joint.
