What do you think about the way Skip Lacour trains. He’s a six-time natural Champion bodybuilder. He trains each body part for 6 to 9 total sets in the 4 to 6 rep range to positive failure. Each muscle gets hit indirectly twice a week. Of course he has had great results from it. I’m just debating between that and rest pause because I don’t know what you feel about the volume on his workout versus your strength and size program that I have done and got great results from. Just thinking of a switch up for a few months thanks
An example of a chest day for him would be
Bench - 3 sets 4-6 reps to failure
Incline - 3 sets 4-6 reps to failure
Dips - 2 sets 4-6 reps to failure
Would I be better off just doing one set of rest pause on each of these three exercises instead of multiple sets?
