Friday May 31st:
Speed bench 6x3 75k
Flat bench 3x15 60k
Plus a few sets of floor press- still can’t figure out how best to set this up, miss not having any heavy DB’s as really liked this version.

Kettlebell Lunge & press 3x10 12k
KB Overhead Squat 3x10 12k
KB complex: 20k 10 reps
Clean, row, swing (20 reps), body pass, grip-row* I made this name up, I just hold the KB at my sides and the row up the side of my body. I just bang out as many reps as I can to really work my forearms.

KB wood chop 3x10 12k superset with KB head pass
KB gunslingers, hammer curls and reverse curls 3x10 reps 8k
Curl grip pull ups 50 reps total
KB kickbacks 3x10 superset with bench dips to failure
