Am I the only one who thinks that the Skinny Legs Cure workout by Thib is absolutely insane?
The workout ( http://www.T-Nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/mondays_with_thibs_the_skinnylegs_cure&cr= ) is what I have been doing on leg days for the past 3 weeks, and once I got the poundages right, I’ve come to love, and extremely hate it at the same time. I just wish he had a workout to cure skinny everything(matching the intensity of this workout). The Skinny Leg Cure is probably one of the most intense workouts I’ve ever done just due to the sheer focus it takes to finish all three of the exercises and then continue to do the bodyweight/dumbell stuff. (If this is easy for you then good job for being in elite athletic condition, or, up your weight.)
Any comments from yall? Does anyone know of some workouts that are this effective/strenuous for other muscle groups?
