Skinny Fat-Pursuit of a Better Physique

Thanks for feedback so far. I know only consistency will help my physique. Are there any workout programs you guys would recommend?

My goals are to gain more mass and increase in strength. My current split is
Monday-Chest/triceps/shoulder
Tuesday-Legs
Thursday-Chest/triceps/shoulder
Friday-Back

Thats not a bad routine.

I believe you would be a good candidate for WS4SB (West Side for Skinny Bastards).

(I know he is not skinny, I am just trying to fill his goals without getting into the strength/mass debate)

If you are looking for more of a bodybuilding split:

Both will give you what you want, in it’s own way.

I really don’t want to get into a bodybuilding/powerlifting debate here guys.

At the end of the day, just choose a program and stick with it. You have a great beginning, just keep at it.
