I believe you would be a good candidate for WS4SB (West Side for Skinny Bastards).

(I know he is not skinny, I am just trying to fill his goals without getting into the strength/mass debate)

Both will give you what you want, in it’s own way.

I really don’t want to get into a bodybuilding/powerlifting debate here guys.

At the end of the day, just choose a program and stick with it. You have a great beginning, just keep at it.
