Aside from Cy’s suggestions of fat free cookies and pretzels, candy, and pasta, does anybody have any favorite high carb/low fat/low fiber foods? Should pre and post workout drinks be mixed with the normal liquid content instead of half? Should I be taking a fiber supplement? I plan to include veggies in my dinner meals and also add strawberries to my pre and post workout drinks, but that’s still not a lot of total grams. How much fiber do you need?
You should be taking at least one dump everyday. If not, up your fibre until you do. When you can consistently take a dump everyday, you’re getting enough fibre. Very simple!
