Ski Workout?

Not in bad shape but I haven’t been skiing in a while. Should I just do high reps of squats and lunges so that I at least don’t get tired when I go? I have a couple weeks before I head out.

What would be some good exercises and times/reps/set schemes to condition for the slopes?

Squats definitly. Maybe some static holds at parallel (mocking the position you’re in when you’re in a tuck.)

I usually supplement my front squats with high rep BW squats on off days two to three weeks before hitting the slopes.

If you squat regularly, you shouldn’t have any problem with conditioning.
