Today was a good day. I had planned on doing 500 KB swings. Not the correct swing, but the swing with a squat and swing up to my eyes. As I hit 200, I realized that 500 would leave me dead for days. So I banged out another 100 and moved on. I was excited that my 7yo lifted the 71lb KB. Then took them to jujitsu where the 7yo won three skirmishes. I did some DB snatch and presses and used the 75! It was mentally tough to do them and I just couldn’t keep the confidence to do more than 3. Later we get home and the 5yo lifts the 71lb KB! Awesome day outside of work and the kids getting into trouble.

I bumped the weight up to 500 for the reverse hack squats. Trying to decide if I want to stay there going forward. Over a year ago I felt a tear in my hamstring when I got to ~700lbs, so I backed down to 450. 500 felt good, but I definitely felt it during recovery. That is why the day after is blank.
