Skeletal Diagrams of Exercises?

some people learn exercises through feel, some learn through visual. if anyone can post pics of skeletal position of exercises like bench press, incline, military press, pulldowns, and deads, it would be really appreciated.

Not sure what you are asking for, but it sounds like bone men or wire figures, performing certain resistance exercises.

Never seen anything like that except some very short clips on programms like ‘Human body: ultimate machine’, etc.

You really want to see the bare skeletons?

yes I want to see how the joints and limbs are placed during beginning and end of exercises. even a diagram displaying muscles will be fine. for example, rear view of l;ateral raises, any kind of row, and bench press9which can’t be seen due to the bench)

Here are some clips from Primal Pictures. The colour change indicates muscle contraction v relaxation

They have many DVD ROM’s pertaining to different fields of interest and levels of complexity.

I got ‘functional anatomy’ many years ago and used it as a guide for my clients when explaining their injuries. Cool stuff!

I saw this link on exrx the other day, and might be close to what you are looking for. I can’t vouch for the validity of it.
