I'm about to start 6 weeks to superhero tomorrow but the thing is I'm lacking some equipment to do some of the exercises, such as the prowler and the medicine ball. I was wondering if there was some alternative exercises that I can do instead of the prescribed ones since I don't have the equipment at the moment. Looking forward to the program. Thanks in advance. Oh and top half seated shoulder press. I have a flat bench and will be doing this at home with my setup. Hence why I need alternative exercises :P. There's no gym here in my sma town.
