Sip or slam surge?

Sorry guys, tried searching, but either I’m really dumb, just missed it, or it wasn’t there. Can you just slam surge after a workout, or do you need to sip it over the course of 20 minutes? Thanks in advance

I dont think it really matters. I usually sip the drink during my workout and slam another immediately afterwards…

Slamming almost anything post workout may lead to gastric emptying.
