I just got my single ply equipment. Titan f6 shirt, Titan Super Centurian suit, and THP Knee Wraps. What are some good lifting programs to follow for single ply. I heard there is an equipped Sheiko routine out there somewhere. I ran Sheiko for my raw meet and liked it. I want to have some raw lifting in there as well. I am not a fan of conjugate stuff.
Any help is appreciated.
