I generally try to limit my protein intake to approximately 50-60 grams in one sitting. I know this is an “unproven legend”, but at seven meals a day, it works for getting in my 400 grams of protein (I’m taking MAG-10 and bulking). My question is, is there an advisable limit to the amount of carbs one should consume in one sitting? Would eating up to 200 grams of protein at a time make you more likely to store the excess carbs as fat than spreading them out? I work out in the morning, and like to get all my carbs earlier in the day, say before 6PM.
