Im currently in ovt training, my question is is when preforing one hand excersises how do you preform the superset. If its 5 sets how do you only use 1 hand?
Both hands count as one set of one exercise. So you do your reps of A1 with your RIGHT hand, then your reps of A1 with your LEFT hand, then you do your reps of A2. Rest. That’s one set. Now repeat.
