In my humble opinion, old meatheads like us especially need to do this. Functional prehab/rehab, you can call it.


Good article. When I do some single leg stuff it definitely helps me, and I am a prime example of someone who is stiff, rigid, and not as stable as you would expect. Plus due to several injuries and botched surgeries over the years I tend to want to favor one leg over the other. Even just a few sets of walking lunges a week, plus foam rolling and doing some mobility work, makes me feel much much better and perform better in the gym.
