So for many programs when you get to the assistance work he advises single leg / core for a given amount of reps. Let’s say 50 for example. Am I only supposed to pick ONE (leg or core) or am I supposed to do both and get 25 reps of each each? Also, is that 25 reps for each leg or 12 for each leg, which would total 24?
