Simplifying Supplement Intake

Im a poor student, rapidly loosing funds and I cant see a damn job anywhere!

After my supplements were all pretty much wrecked after being left in a hot car (even my carb powders when brown)… I decided to try and make things cheaper and simpler. I don’t need my cupboard to look like something that should be in a lab.

My new supplement list:

Post workout shake made up to 40g protein, 60g carbs, 5g creatine:
Whey protein concentrate (unflavoured)
Creatine monohydrate

Nutrisport 90+ Protein (whey isolate/casien blend) for use not around the workout period.

Fish oils

I will also be taking creatine at 5g in the morning on non training days.

Things sound about right? =]


You could lose all the whey blends and just eat normal food.
