Simple Routine for a Buddy of Mine

I was wonderin if anyone could post a simple, easy to understand program for a buddy of mine. He takes a weightlifting class, so he has about 50 minuts to finish a workout, and lifts 3 days a week. Anything that meets this criteria would work great for him.
