I'd avoid the skullcrushers and dropset work but otherwise good program
You posted this in the beginners forum, yet from the article itself: "This isn't a beginners program. You need to have a few good years of training under your belt"
Why not start with a basic 5X5 program or Starting Strength?
x2. It looks a great program for someone who's got the experience and knowledge (of themselves and how they respond to training mostly), but unless you're at that stage this would be risky.
