So, I’ve discovered that the 3 days on, 1 day off approach that you use for “Optimal Strength Training for the Natural Athlete” works REALLY well for me. I saw almost the same results as I did when doing Hepburn Layers (you know how much I love that program).
Im a 2A so I want change and I was wondering something. I really love the look of “Simple Guaranteed Size and Strength.” I wanted to ask if it was possible to run it using the 3 on, 1 off approach.
Maybe the 3rd day has the carries/prowler and the supplemental lift and core work?
I have several ideas but I figured it would be much better to just ask you.
