Ok, one more thing. I train late, about 8 PM. How many of these macros should I eat before workout? And what to eat before / past workout?

This can work well but it has its limits.

I would checkout John Meadows’ web-site (Mountain Dog Diet.com) and read-up on some of his nutrition information. He covers a lot of this stuff that would best be coming from somebody like him. Food-wise, keep any solid carb in-take to about 60-90 minutes away from training. Something like Gatorade can be take n closer to 30-min’s.
