Simple Carbs=Feeling Ill?

Just started getting serious with diet etc. After taking a pre-workout shake with 35g Whey and 70g of dextrose and maltodextrin as reccommended by Dr. Berardi I feel really hot, get a headache and feel weak and sick. I tried it a few times each with the same effect after about 15mins. I'm fit and healthly as far as i know, any ideas why this is happening? Thanks.

Quality of products?

High insulin sipke causes you hypoglycemia? Some symptons can reflect that. Try having 1/2 of that 10 min before & 10min into your workout. Drink the rest after. Try using maltodextrin. Just experiment.

Is hypoglycemia something that I should see a doctor about or should I just reduce the amount of carbs?
