I decided I’m going to do a version of the 531 Beach Body program after I’m done with my linear progression. I will start working out at home, which all I have is a squat stand, barbell, pull up bar and bumper plates. I’ve always believed you can get big and strong with just the items I have. I’d rather throw huge weight overhead then laying down!

For now each day will include a squat, pull, press, another pull, abs, some direct arm work and conditioning.

So far I’ve been feeling good and the workouts have been pretty auto regulated.

60 Min Hot Yoga during lunch @ work. Hot yoga does the body good!

I’ll be moving and will have to switch to a new 24 hr fitness :cry:.

This will change my programming a bit. I’ll be going there tomorrow, so I’ll see what I’m able to do.

Week 2 - Sunday - 12/4/16 - Workout A

After having my fiance videotape my sessions last weeks I realized I have been “ego” lifting for the past 2 years. Squats not at depth, cleans not exploding enough, overhead press leaning back too much, etc.

I’m going to swallow my pride and do it right, starting right now!
