Legs and glutes are very tight after last nights training. Not sure if it was the squats or me falling over with the bar !!! Going to get on the roller for the next few days and see if I can work out the kinks.

Got home from work to find that the wife had cooked an apple crumble. Had a big portion with custard after dinner. Soooo goooooood

Woke at 2:30am, at work by 04:00am to help cook Christmas bbq breakfast for the night shift. On the plus side it means I got to eat eggs, sausage and bacon this morning so calories should be high today !!

Mate they all work so hard on what is a tough shift. the big boss going in early to wear an apron and cook up some bacon and eggs is the least I could do.

Heaviest deads for a while and was happy with how they moved

Just got them done.

Went ok tonight, deadlift moved well and squats weren’t a complete disaster. Left shoulder still a little angry so didn’t push OH too hard. Was still tired after the early start at work on Thursday so just glad to hit the reps and finish the sesssion today.
