Squats: 50 kg
Overhead Press: 25 kg
Deadlift: 45 kg

So after almost a month I did strength training as my finger has finally healed and the gym was open. I opted for a deload as I did not train for quite some time. The squats felt pretty ok and I am glad that my mobility did not suffer as I regained the posture during the squats. With the overhead press I was finally able to complete all five series :grinning: and I felt great about it as before I had trouble sometimes finnishing all five reps. The deadlift was fairly easy.

So today’s training was ok. My tights hurt after the squats, but I felt pretty ok during bench press, which is an improvement. Barbell rows were fine.

Deadlift: 50 kg

With squats I felt ok and improved my technique a bit. The problems came with overhead press as I did not manage to lift even once with 27.5kg, so I ended doing the reps with just 20 kg… Deadlift was ok.

Felt a bit more tired than last time but managed to do the squats just fine. But I struggled with Bench and did not manage the last 5 reps…
Barbell row is getting a bit heavy but still ok.

Last week, I was sick with flu, so no training happened, and for the food I mostly ate like 2 meals per day as I did not feel good.

I will hit the gym again on Monday and see how much it set me back.

Chicken curry with rice, tiramisu
Topinambur soup with piece of fig bread, pork cabbage roll with mashed potatoes, mixture of small desserts.
