Sick of Breakfast. New Ideas?

Exactly what I was going to say. Ditch breakfast.

I got sick of eggs too, try this recipe out. Been eating it every morning lately.

1/2 cup almond milk
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup sliced almonds
cinnamon/nutmeg
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Bring liquid to boil, then add in oats/cinnamon/nutmeg and simmer for 7-10 mins, stirring occasionally. Then add in pumpkin/almonds and mix together, and put it in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix 1/4-1/2 cup of water with 1-2 scoops of the protein powder with a fork (or blend it), and add it on top of the oatmeal. Really freaking good.

I usually have eggs as well in the morning, but if I’m feeling lazy, I power up the Vitamix and this:

1/2 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 scoop Chia seeds
1 scoop “The Ultimate Meal”
Frozen Berries.
Water

Tastes fantastic and takes 2 minutes to make.
