christian, i have been following your olympic lifting program (from the secrets book) for the last 5 weeks. halfway thru the sixth week I came down with food poisoning and was not able to lift for the rest of that week and the entire next week. Do you recommend that I start the entire phase 2 program over (weeks 5,6,7,8) or just pick up where I left off.
You’ll probably just need one week to get back on the right path. Start with the last week you completed and increase your caloric intake. Afterwards you should be able to start where you left off.
