I have the flu and have already thrown up everything I ate yesterday. Yes I know I’m not going to be eating normal and i’m prepared to loose weight this week (3500 calorie maintenance). I was just wondering what kind of things you guys eat when your sick. Can’t even think of a protein I could get down. Thanks guys

Heal as fast as possible is the only way. Wait 2 hours from your last vomit to eat or drink (let your stomach settle) and then try pedialite and/or gatorade. Sleep 12 hours at least. Best first foods are oatmeal or rice. Something very simple and bland.
I drank coconut water for two days. Felt amazing after that.
