What happened to it, I used to read it all the time. It was a cool refreshing view on life, fucking joke and informative too most of the time. This random doorway into Shug’s mind should return, whos with me?

Honestly ever since Shug made that comment about hard gainers I have lost interest in is hammer. Although I did like his last write up on the main page.

I agree. I’ve been quite a while for Shugart’s hammer, it was one of my favorite sections on the site.

I didn’t agree with everything posted in the Hammer… just a lot of it. It was like a mini article in itself.

Ugggghhhhh. I just read this after checking his blog almost daily for something new. It was better just waiting for something than knowing it’s out there and still waiting for it. Now the suspense it worse. Like others have said might not agree whole heartedly with everything he writes but it always makes you think.
