Hey will be on the beach in 3 weeks. I am a muscular guy but want to get shredded. What is a quick 3 week routine to get shredded and melt fat?

What is your level of leanness right now? If you can’t see your abbs or at least an outline then don’t even bother trying to get SHREDDED in 3 weeks it just wont happen.

180 lbs and your height is what?? If you are near 6 foot, you still aren’t muscular (at least in my opinion).
There are quite a few articles on here about getting lean in a week or whatever. One involves eating nothing but protein, i.e. no fats and carbs, for an entire week, as well as working out for 6 of the 7 days. You’d then take the next week off and have a huge rebound. Not something you would do often, but it can work…
